Fined for Baring Breast

One of the 2 women who was caught red handed in barring their breast in a KTV room was fined S$1,000 ! Well, it was reported that a "party of officers" went to Hollywood KTV to check things out !

Haha ! I'm sure there will be a long queue applying for such job as a "Party Officer" with the government !
