Singaporeans - Full of Actions ?

With a recent announcement of compensation for those victims of Lehman Brothers saga (e.g. Dubious Bond Seller), there is a sudden surge in the number of English language illiteracy.

Or should I say there is a sudden surge in the number of actors and actress ? Or suddenly the whole education system to make English as the 1st language in Singapore fail for the past 40+ years ?

Nevertheless, Mediacorp should not be short of any acting talents in Singapore :)
